1. This section is composed of 20mm thick 45# medium plates (precisely processed), channel steel and square steel connected together.

2. This machine adopts a unique pressure spring type front gauge design, which effectively reduces the mechanical failure rate. Cooperate with intelligent control to ensure accurate fit and positioning.

3. This machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, PLC centralized control, analog-to-digital conversion, and accurate operation control.

4. The face paper adopts an independent fish-scale conveying method, which ensures stable conveying and high speed.

5. The base paper adopts a servo-controlled suction belt automatic paper feeding mechanism, and the paper support adopts a telescopic paper support mechanism, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the base paper to the front gauge, and guaranteeing the precision of the machine under the adjusted operation conditions.

6. The gluing roller adopts a medium to high design, in combination with the kroller for uniform gluing, which greatly improves the uniformity of gluing, enhances the bonding strength, and reduces the production cost for customers.

7. After grinding, all roller shafts undergo dynamic balancing and hard chromium plating on the surface (except for rubber shafts), and the tight assembly process effectively enhances the stability of the machinery. 8. The fully automatic glue replenishment system can automatically replenish the lost glue during the lamination process and, in combination with glue recycling, avoid glue loss and waste.

1. The main framework of this section is made by connecting channel steel, round steel, etc.

2. The main power is controlled by a frequency converter and driven by a reduction motor, which is energy-saving, highly efficient and has a low failure rate.

3. Multiple sets of floating laminating shafts are adopted to ensure that the corrugated paper will not be flattened after lamination while maintaining the flatness and straightness of the cardboard.

4. PVC anti-static conveyor belts are adopted, which are of high strength and wear resistance, ensuring smooth output of cardboard.
