In the early 1990s, the agency issued a "quality license" for export carton packaging and believed that the single-sided machine could ensure the carton quality, which was still a decision made from reality at that time. Therefore, in order to compete for foreign trade packaging business, many carton factories buy a large number of single-sided machines. At that time, Hubei Jingshan light industrial machinery factory just caught up with this bus and increased the production of single-sided machines.

In the first two years of the 1990s, carton factories from all over the country flocked to Songhe Town, which is located in a remote place, and competed to buy machines from Jingshan factory every day. The factory also prospered, but after two or three years, it gradually cooled down. This is because, on the one hand, the quality of single-sided machined cartons can not be guaranteed because the moisture content of the cardboard can not meet the standard, especially in cloudy and rainy weather, users can not deliver the goods within a time limit. If the drying device is added, it can not be used, and the dryer is difficult to use. Many carton factories began to use it, but later it became a pile of scrap iron, resulting in a decline in profits. On the other hand, the output of single-sided machine is low, which can not meet the needs of enterprise development.

In order to expand the output, one factory has imported two single-sided machines, but the output value is still not high. Until the mid-1990s, the leading enterprises of carton packaging machinery in China - Jingshan, Hubei, Zhaoqing, Guangdong, Handan, Hebei, Beijing airlines, Ningbo, Zhejiang, Yantai, Shandong, Henan aerospace and other enterprises have successively developed the supply market of "corrugated production line". A large number of carton factories developed by single-sided machines have used production lines (ordinary) to replace single-sided machines. Make the single-sided machine a supplement to the production line -- use the single-sided machine in the processing and production of some small-size, low-grade and domestic cartons. But it won't be too long. It is estimated that it can last for another two or three years.

Ordinary production lines are restricted

In the mid-1990s, a number of enterprises developed from single-sided machines to production lines. Although this is a leap and the beginning of the development of production lines, in terms of equipment grade, three-tier production lines and ordinary production lines still belong to low-grade secondary lines, with low output and poor quality, which can not meet the needs of market development. The domestic ordinary production line has been used for three or five years, and the equipment is aging.

In recent years, enterprises have encountered market changes and industry changes. The market demand is expanding and the quality requirements are higher. The quality of products processed by ordinary production lines can not keep up with the market demand. In order to improve both output and quality, the equipment should be upgraded.

At the same time, the change of the industry makes the competition begin to upgrade, from disordered competition to orderly competition, from single competition to cooperative competition. New competition also requires new grade equipment as a means of competition. In the period of using ordinary production lines, large, medium and small enterprises made their own cartons and fought a scuffle in the market. After being on the production line, it not only processes cartons to supply users directly, but also processes cardboard to supply small factories. Small factories process Cartons and then supply users. This is a change in the industry. Only when enterprises go online can they have a competitive advantage. The trend of upgrading equipment is fierce and much higher. In one year or so, Nanjing alone has launched seven major production lines, leaving ordinary production line enterprises far behind.

The number of ordinary production lines will be further limited and continuously reduced. However, in economically underdeveloped areas, the ordinary line is still a treasure and has a long development period. In a few years, these backward areas will develop economically and may be infiltrated by the production lines in advanced areas, and the ordinary low-grade lines will be replaced by production lines.
