2. Before operation, the operators shall wear work clothes, work hats and work shoes neatly, fasten the skirt and cuffs, and do not put sundries that are easy to fall out in the pocket, and do not wear watches and various accessories.

3. Before starting the machine, add the required lubricating oil (grease) to each oil filling point, lubricating point and oil tank of the machine.

4. Without approval, non crew members are not allowed to start and operate the machine without authorization. Assistants and apprentices should work under the guidance of the aircraft.

5. Before starting the machine, check whether there are sundries in all parts of the machine body. First give a signal (ring the bell), echo back and forth, and start the machine only after confirming the surrounding area of the machine.

6. Before the operation of the machine, count the weeks reversely and then count the weeks positively to avoid sundries between the rollers damaging the blanket, printing plate, etc.

7. During the operation of the machine, it is strictly prohibited to touch the moving working surface, repair and wipe the machine, cross the rotating parts, and keep the protective device of the machine complete.

8. The crew shall strictly abide by the post according to the division of labor, pay attention to the operation of all parts of the machine at all times, and stop the machine immediately if any problem is found.

9. The working site shall be kept clean and unblocked, and the ground shall be clean. There shall be no sundries around the workbench and machine, and the maintenance tools and spare parts shall be placed in the specified position.

10. During work, no one is allowed to laugh, play or make noise around the machine. Please let children get close to the machine.

11. At the end of the work, clean the machine, protect the printing plate, scrub the blanket, embossing cylinder and roller pillow, turn off the power and fill in the work log.

12. Regular maintenance and repair of the machine and filling in the maintenance and repair record data can prolong the service life of the machine and improve the production quality and production efficiency.

13. Non staff are forbidden to operate.
