B. configuration instruction

1. The thickness of the entire machine's wall panel is 60mm, and both the upper and lower knife arms of the wire touching machine are made of high-quality castings and steel parts. The blades of the wire touching machine are forged and precisely ground from Nanjing Ma 'anshan rail steel, and the base is connected with national standard I-beams.

2. The suction box panels and the entire machine wall panels are processed by imported machining centers to ensure accuracy.

3. The control panel is an MCGS 10.0 touchscreen, which is intuitive and flexible to operate.

4. The control system is a Delta PLC system.

5. Servo drive of positioning mechanism.

1. Please be sure to ground in accordance with the third-level standard.

2. Please check whether the internal wiring is loose due to transportation or other reasons.

3. Cut off the power supply when conducting any inspection or maintenance.

4. Non-professionals are requested not to modify the internal circuits at will to avoid danger. This system is composed of PLC,HMI(Human-Machine Interface), peripheral switch buttons, contactors and other electrical components. It features stable performance and simple operation.


safety precautions

Before powering on the product, make sure it is installed in a safe area to prevent splashing of high temperatures, moisture and water droplets. The product must be properly grounded and there should be no staff near the machine. Before use, the operator must carefully read this manual and operate in accordance with the correct usage method.

After the product is powered on, there is high voltage in the system control cabinet. Non-debugging personnel are prohibited from opening the front and back doors of the control cabinet to avoid danger.

Within two minutes after the power is cut off, there is still high voltage in the system control cabinet. Do not restart the equipment to avoid damage to the equipment caused by high voltage in the electrical capacity.

The emergency stop button must be pressed for ten seconds before being lifted; otherwise, the motor may run again.

During the system shutdown period, the 380V power supply connection should be disconnected.

Non-staff members of this company are not allowed to disassemble or repair any components in the system control cabinet without the permission of this company.

The grounding wire must be truly grounded, and the resistance to ground should not exceed 5 ohms.

Maintain good ventilation. Before operation, check the running condition of each cooling fan to ensure they are operating well. Do not use sharp objects to exercise.

When making a touch screen, pay attention to protecting the surface of the touch screen from damage.

The power cord and proximity switch wire must be kept in good condition and not subjected to strong force.

Keep the signal detection equipment clean. Do not allow water, oil, cotton, etc. to enter or cover it, as this will reduce the sensitivity.

Keep the motor and the transmission device clean and lubricated. It is strictly forbidden for water, oil, cotton, etc. to fall into the motor interior,The fan of the motor must ensure normal operation.

The input and output interfaces are for the use of debugging personnel. After the equipment malfunctions, this interface can assist the operator in monitoring the corresponding input and output, facilitating the detection of problems. At the same time, the position of the baffle can be corrected.

Provide the display of production speed and paper feeding frequency;

 

Brief description of baffle parameters

 

Special note: Under normal conditions, this interface is not displayed. In the input/output interface, click on the input box at the lower left corner, then enter 22222, and the parameter interface of this baffle will be displayed!

Baffle calculation coefficient: Based on actual tests, if the computer data does not match the actual on-site data, please adjust this parameter;(Debugging method: First, reset to zero and write the actual data into the zero parameter. At this point, the current position is the zero parameter, and then manually move it. Finally, adjust the calculation coefficient to make the current position of the computer consistent with the actual measured data.

Zero-point parameter: For calibration purposes only; Write the current baffle data into the zero point parameter, press the reset button, and perform correction

Counter value: For observation, to detect whether there is a problem with the encoder;

Current position: For observation.

trouble removal:

1. When the frequency display is abnormal, please check the 485 communication line of the frequency converter.

2. The position display of the baffle is inaccurate. Please check and adjust the installation and circuit of the motor encoder, and pay attention to the calculation coefficient of the baffle and other data at the same time.

3. If any problems occur during the work process, please contact the technician of the manufacturer in a timely manner. Please describe the real operation process to facilitate the solution of the problem.

Note: Before and after each shift, it is essential to check the effectiveness and reliability of the baffle encoder and limit switch.

When changing the working size or the speed of the main machine, machine inspection must be carried out to ensure the normal production of the machine!

Precautions For Use

1. All movable parts on the equipment are not allowed to be moved at will.

2. Electrical appliances should be kept away from direct sunlight and rain.

3. Regularly inspect all components and ensure that the fastening parts are functioning properly, and adjust and tighten them in a timely manner.
