Functions & Features:

1. Feeding Unit: Dual-chamber vacuum suction system. The front chamber uses polyurethane wheels for vacuum feeding, while the second chamber employs ceramic wheels. The feeding unit is driven by 5 servo motors for precision control.  

2. Printing Unit: Equipped with dual printing plate cylinders (Cylinder A & B) for non-stop plate changing. While Cylinder A is in operation, Cylinder B can be prepared for the next job, enabling instant switching upon order completion. Vacuum suction feeding is used, with each printing group independently driven by 5 servo motors.  

3. Independent servo adjustment for die-cutting pre-pressure and creasing, as well as for the plate-free slotting unit, ensures high precision and rapid job changeover.  

4. The machine can produce a finished box from a single sheet of corrugated board through test printing, slotting, and gluing, with order storage and one-touch change functionality.  

5. Full servo motion control eliminates mechanical transmission limitations, offering fast response, high positioning accuracy, multiple operation modes, and superior system stability, ensuring high efficiency and premium product quality.

Functions Configuration and Technical Parameters

 

一、送纸部伺服免压送纸,双风箱真空吸附

Lead edge feeding unit  1 set, servo-driven pressure-free feeding, dual-chamber vacuum adsorption. 

 

1. Machine Engagement/Disengagement
(1) Electrically controlled with warning buzzer (continuous alarm during movement to ensure operator safety).
(2) Prevents machine damage from incorrect operation (host machine cannot start if not securely locked).
(3) Pneumatic interlock device.
(4) Main motor start-up protection system.

2. Servo Drive System
(1) Feeding: "Servo-driven pressure-free dual-chamber vacuum suction front-register feeding system".

3. Suction-Type Front-Register Feeding System (Dual-Chamber Vacuum Suction)

(2) Assisted by suction fans to ensure smooth feeding of warped boards. Airflow is adjustable by section according to board size, maximizing vacuum suction force for precise feeding.
(3) Computer-controlled side and rear guide plates enable intelligent width setting and automatic positioning.

3. Ink Distribution System

1.Ceramic Anilox Roller

2. Ceramic Anilox Roller with Doctor Blade System  

(1) Optional semi-enclosed doctor blade paired with ceramic anilox roller.

Rotary Die cutting unit  (1 set, independently servo-driven, with servo-controlled adjustment for pre-pressing, creasing, and slotting devices. )


1.Operation Control

1)Automatic adjustment of pre-press, creasing, and slotting units via computer input of cardboard dimensions for rapid job changeover.

2)Synchronized left/right control of pre-press, creasing, and slotting units via computer.

3)Planetary structure for 360° phase adjustment (operable during operation or stop, forward/reverse) enabling fast job changeover.

2. Creasing Unit  

1) Pre-creasing shaft: Φ124mm, hard chrome-plated; pre-creasing roller: Φ200.  

2) High-strength creasing shaft: Φ124mm, hard chrome-plated; creasing roller: Φ200.

3. The die-cutting unit is independently driven by a 15KW Siemens servo motor, synchronized with the printing unit for automatic zero return. Independent servo drive eliminates vibration impact on the printing unit, ensuring high color registration accuracy.  

4. Virtual spindle synchronization with enclosed high-precision planetary gearbox ensures die-cutting error within 1mm.  

5. Equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen for 0.1mm die-cutting phase adjustment. Die-cutting pressure gap and plate roller axial adjustment (±5mm) are digitally controlled via PLC, with a precision of 0.1mm.  

6. Rollers are made of high-quality steel, hard chrome-plated, and dynamically balanced for stable and reliable operation.  

7. Die-cutter and anvil rollers follow international standards: die-cutter diameter 360mm (410mm with template), anvil roller diameter 378mm (397mm with urethane sleeve), ensuring compatibility with templates and pads available globally.

8. The gap between the die-cutter and anvil rollers is electrically adjustable.  

9. Die-cutting roller phase uses a three-planetary structure for high precision and load capacity, with 360° digital adjustment (during operation or stop) via touchscreen.  

10. Left/right lateral movement of the die-cutter roller is electrically adjusted via touchscreen, with a range of ±10mm.  

11. The anvil roller automatically lifts when feeding stops, reducing wear.  

12. Anvil pads use polyurethane felt from Shanghai, ensuring 100% cutting efficiency with smooth edges. Replacement follows the operation manual.  

13. Mechanical cam-based lateral movement (20mm) ensures each cut occurs at a different position, extending pad life.  

14. Upper and lower rollers have different diameters but equal linear speed, enabling non-repetitive die-cutting to evenly distribute wear on the pads.  

15. Automatic linear speed compensation adjusts for changes in anvil roller diameter, ensuring consistent box dimensions and extending pad/blade life.  

16. An automatic repair system restores worn pads, maintaining performance equivalent to new pads and improving reuse rates.

1) Use photoelectric light accurate counting.

2) It is composed of 4 groups of servo motors together to form the precise counting accumulation output function under high-speed operation.

3) Servo control of high speed separation rod to ensure that the count is divided according to the requirements.

4) The pneumatic auxiliary paper connecting rod is used to make the carton pile more flat.

5) The pneumatic paper stacking mechanism will neatly discharge the stacked cartons.

6) The strong wind pressure device prevents the carton from warping when output from the folding part, ensures that the stack is neat, and the direction of the tuyere can be deflected arbitrarily.

7) The tailgate section can be adjusted electrically (automatic or manual) according to the cardboard specifications.

8) The rear baffle is equipped with cushion rubber pad to reduce the impact on the edge of the carton at high speed and prevent the carton from being damaged.

9) The upper and lower conveyor belt will synchronously output the whole stack of cartons.

10) The position of the upper output belt height direction is automatically (or manually) adjusted by the lifting mechanism, and the height changes accordingly according to the number of pieces set for each bundle of cartons.

11) The discharge part can be moved around as a whole to ensure that the carton always falls in the center of the machine.
