The paper receiving structure includes a driving shaft fixed on the frame, and a conveyor wheel linked with the driving shaft through a belt, the conveyor wheel is superimposed above the waste cleaning type high strength conveyor belt, the output of the conveyor wheel is provided with an automatic alignment mechanism, automatic alignment mechanism is arranged directly below the cardboard transfer vertical removal output mechanism.

I. Usage and characteristics:

Operating instructions for each part of the whole machine

 Operation specification of the operation table

Before entering the operation every day, be sure to check whether the power supply is normal, whether the body parts are loose, whether the transmission structure is flexible, and then send the power to start after checking without error. First of all, turn the emergency stop button on the control panel clockwise to make it swing up. At this time, the power supply will be connected and the power indicator will light up. Observe whether the man-machine interface display is normal, the operator should pay attention to safety. After confirming the safety of the personnel, press the host start button and the host acceleration button. Make the main machine run slowly, check whether the operation of each part is normal, and then slowly speed up to the required speed. Turn on the oscillating waste cleaning button, waste paper output button and waste cleaning fan button, and the equipment will operate normally.

 Paper accept department

1) Use the corrugated belt to accept the paper to prevent the cardboard from slipping. It is equipped with elastic polyurethane sun wheel to prevent the paperboard tilting. In the process of transmission, a circular vibrating belt passes through the square shaft-infinitely variable vibrating belt, making its excess paper edge fall to the waste paper conveyor belt. The unshaken excess paper scraps on the cardboard pass through the cardboard with the help of a strong fan and a brush, and then sweep down to the output flat belt.

2) Paper press roller height is adjustable, suitable for cardboard thickness of 2-8mm. Linkage with the stacking part, frequency conversion speed adjusted. The surface of the conveyor belt is wrinkled to ensure the smooth passage of the platform paperboard during the input process. The waste cleaning vibration shaft has four shaking points to accelerate the shaking frequency and improve the shaking effect. shaking belt adopts cylindrical high elastic belt, good elasticity, no damage to cardboard. Belt shaft adopts linear optical shaft, installation of numerous nylon belt grooves, convenient according to the actual cardboard size at will increase or decrease the number of belts, to ensure the smooth passage of irregular cartons and no damage to cardboard. The end of the waste cleaning part is equipped with a brush device to avoid the waste paper returning to the surface of the cardboard, and the waste cleaning effect has been achieved. The bottom of the waste cleaning unit is equipped with slope-type waste paper input board and belt type waste paper export device, which is convenient for concentrated output and collection of waste paper, saving labor and reducing operation intensity.

 Counting and stacking output structure.

1) Automatic counting, stacking, output function, the main motor frequency conversion speed adjusted, variable speed adjustable, stable and reliable start up. Use belt to transport cartons, elastic dragon boat to assist paper feeding, electronic counting, stack neatly, fast. The paperboard is lined up by mechanical lifting, which has the function of correcting deviation, neat and small deviation. 2) Counting stacking structure automatically counts finished paperboard, stacking neat, quasi-code output, the quantity can be adjusted without shutdown, according to the need of paperboard stacking quantity can be adjusted at any time.

 

Equipment maintenance and maintenance

1. The equipment shall be used within the maximum adjustment range, and the transmission handles, handwheels and screw shaft shall be kept flexible and lubricated and maintained in each shift.

2. Regularly check the fastening condition of each transmission gear, sprocket, belt wheel and the elastic force and tension of each tensioning spring. Each shift must be lubricated for transmission chain maintenance, bearing lubricated once every two months.

3. All transmission belts should be kept clean. If necessary, a small amount of low-concentration lotion can be used to scrub clean. Solvent chemicals are strictly prohibited.

4. After confirming that all parts are normal before starting the equipment, slowly speed it up to the required speed. Only after normal operation can it be operated.
